This gorgeous, colorful design was created in collaboration with the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust in Stratford upon Avon, England, and features well-known characters such as Hamlet, Romeo & Juliet, Julius Caesar, Henry V, and Bottom from a Midsummer Night’s Dream. A little motif of William Shakespeare himself is decorated on the inside – it is the perfect gift for any literature or theatre lover!  Height 3¾”   . Capacity 9.8 oz. Dishwasher and microwave safe . This hand-crafted fine bone china cup started its journey in the potteries of Stoke-on-Trent, England, one of Great Britain’s last remaining craft industries, using traditional methods which have remained unchanged for generations. Fine bone china is translucent, pure white in colour and is stronger and more chip-resistant than earthenware china. It has been made in Stoke-on-Trent since the 1790’s by famous pottery houses such as Spode, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton, and Duchess China. Each ceramic mug takes 7 days to make; it is cast in a mould and is finished by hand by highly skilled glazers and lithographers.
