Holiday Return Policy: 

** In store credit ONLY on all in store purchases that are eligable for return. McWhiggin's does not issue cash back refunds on any in store purchases**

If your order is placed between November 1st, 2023 and December 15th, 2023, it is eligible for return through January 31, 2024. 

For orders placed prior to November 1st or after December 15th, we offer easy  returns for eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Please email - mcwhiggins@gmail.com, Subject: Return Request w/ Order #. Please include in the email all information of why you're returning the item, please include images, etc. We will review the return inquiry and respond with a return label or additional instructions within 48 hours.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items 30 days past the delivery date
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or otherwise fully unpackaged.
  • Items that do not include their attached original tag
  • Items with damaged packaging (excludes damages from shipping) or items missing original packaging.
  • Personalized, monogrammed or customized items
  • Candy/food products
  • Items purchased in bulk, defined as purchases with 5pcs or more of the same item, are not eligible for returns. 

  • Items purchased IN STORE are in store credit ONLY.

Our office hours are 11am – 5pm Mon – Fri EST. Messages sent outside of those hours will be responded to during the following business day.

Steiff Returns:

Limited Edition returns are not eligible for a full refund unless the outer cardboard box is unopened and the brown tape is sealed. If a Limited Edition is returned in an opened outer box, a refund of 50% of the item's total retail value will be issued.

Bulk Purchases:

McWhiggin's reserves the right to restrict, limit, cancel or alter orders and the terms of purchase and return applicable to Bulk Purchases. The term “Bulk Purchases” is defined as purchases made for resale and/or purchases of greater than five (5) of the same item. 

Refunds:

Refunds are processed in the form of original payment, less the original shipping fee.

All products must be in their original packaging and not used or damaged. If your returned item arrives damaged at our warehouse, we will not be able to refund the purchase.

Please note that during the holiday season, refunds for returns may take up to 7-14 business days to be processed once the item is received at our facility. We appreciate your patience.

PLEASE be sure to have an account created on our site that includes your contact information - email, phone, etc.

Please be sure to use a tracking service when shipping back a return. We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.

All items must be returned in NEW condition.  This means items (clothing, plush, decor, gifts, & toys) must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up, have tags on or food stains in order to be eligible for store credit. 

If you have any questions regarding a refund or status of return, please submit an email to mcwhiggins@gmail.com - Subject: Order Status - please include order # and additional information. 

Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by email at mcwhiggins@gmail.com within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.

Incorrect or Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received the incorrect item, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to mcwhiggins@gmail.com

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Once a package is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands if a package is lost. McWhiggins Wonder Emporium will not be held responsible. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS

If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, McWhiggins Wonder Emporium IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the shipping carrier or your local law enforcement. Please send us an email alerting us to the situation so we can assist you.

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:

Name, E-Mail, Order Number, Item(s) Description, Reason for Return. If you do not include one of these with your return, it will delay the process.
